Streamline Merchant Services, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has been awarded “Best Merchant Acquirer’’ 2005 for Europe by VRL Lafferty Publishing.
 Tony Surridge, Chairman of Retailer Card Services which includes Streamline, was delighted to receive the award from Michael Lafferty, CEO of the Lafferty Group.
Accepting the award Tony commented what an honour it was to receive ‘Best Merchant Acquirer’ for a second year running.
In his speech Mr Lafferty congratulated Tony on the outstanding UK businesses, Streamline and WorldPay, the significant progress made on the European front, the purchase of Bibit by WorldPay and the strategically important investment in USA under RBS Lynk.
