Cardholder Not Present (CNP)

Introduced, following Streamline customer feedback allowing payments to be
taken in person and remotely to fulfil mail and telephone order custom.
Terminals are delivered complete with CSC (Cardholder Security Code) and AVS
(Address Verification Service) software for increased security on mail and
telephone order transactions. A separate Streamline agreement will need to
be put in place to conduct CNP transactions.

Gratuity facility is not yet available on this system, however this is
planned for introduction in the latter part of 2005 (this is not a confirmed
