Whilst the terminal is in your possession it is your responsibility. In the event of the terminal becoming damaged, lost or stolen a cost would be implemented for replacement/repair. Hence we recommend you insure your rented terminals to cover any costs.

If you decide to close an outlet/site or no longer take cards, you must tell us so we can amend your account. Failure to do so may result in you continuing to pay rental for a Service you no longer require.
The terminal you use for processing your transactions is a rented product and remains the Property of WorldPay (UK) Ltd and we must arrange to collect the terminal via a specially arranged courier when you no longer require it.
If you have a terminal that you are not using (and do not intend to use) or may have belonged to a previous owner/tenant, please contact our Helpdesk on 0845 761 6263 and choose option 1, then option 5.
