1. The promoter of this offer is WorldPay (UK) Limited, referred to as Streamline.
2. This offer is only available to current and fully paid members of the Federation of Small Businesses (“FSB Member”) and does not have an existing agreement with Streamline for payment acquiring and processing services (the “Services”).
3. Any FSB Member shall be subject to Streamline’s standard account opening procedures.
4. The FSB Member must quote the reference code “FSBSWT2011” to Streamline in order to participate under this particular offer.
5. Provided that all of these terms and conditions are met, Streamline shall pay £100 (the “Payment”) to the FSB Member upon the occurrence of:
(a) the FSB Member having signed an agreement to receive Services from Streamline (including those governing terminal hire); and
(b) Streamline having processed the first transaction from the FSB Member within four weeks of the installation of its Streamline terminal.
6. Payment shall be made within 3 calendar months of the occurrence of the conditions described in clause 4.
7. The Payment shall be made into the business bank account that Streamline uses to remit any payments to the FSB Member in accordance with the agreement for Services with Streamline (the “Merchant Account”). Streamline shall further notify the FSB Member in writing (either by letter or e-mail) upon the transfer of the Payment to the Merchant Account.
8. This offer is available for the period between 17 October 2011 and 30th June 2012 and is available only to the first 500 FSB Members that quote the reference code above.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Streamline.
10. Streamline reserves the right to amend, or suspend the offer at any time for any reason. The offer is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The offer rules may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of Streamline.
