You would have recently received a letter from us advising of enhancements to your Streamline invoice, making them even easier to read by improving the level of detail shown in them.
As from the 30th September your invoice will show you a breakdown of the fees you are charged for each of the card products you accept.
For an example of such an invoice, including a full list of card types, please refer to the Example document below.
Enhanced Streamline invoice
Management Information
Please note the Invoice module of our EMIS product will match the enhancements made to the Streamline invoice. Further development is taking place to ensure the other EMIS modules show the changes made to the Streamline invoice. These changes are expected to be completed in January 2011.
Do I need to do anything? What action do I need to take?
You do not need to do anything. These changes will happen automatically to your Streamline Invoice.
I am user of the Electronic Management Information Service – What action do I need to take?
To ensure the invoice module of EMIS is updated with the enhanced data, you will need to review the revised EMIS technical specification which will be available from January 2011.
I would like to receive details of any premium transactions but I do not have access to e-mail or Excel. Is there an alternative way of sending this to me?
A summary of premium transactions will be provided to you as part of your standard invoice. This will be broken down against each card type where they have occurred. If more granular information is required then this is currently available by e-mail.
I am a Multi-currency merchant and settle daily in non domestic GBP currencies. Will my net settlement daily reports be amended to reflect these changes?
Your multi-currency net settlement daily reports will be changing during January 2011. Confirmation of the exact date will be advised to net settled merchants in due course.
