Streamline helps small businesses affected by the recent riots

To our small business customers

The recent riots caused serious disruption across our major cities and many small businesses suffered theft and damage to their stock and premises.

Following the riots Streamline, the UK’s largest processor of card payments, took immediate action to support our affected customers.  However, we feel it is important to introduce further measures to help our customers get their businesses back on track.

For our customers affected by the riots Streamline will:
•    Replace damaged terminals for free*
•    Waive the monthly charge for August and September*
•    In the very unfortunate cases where a business has been forced to close for good as a result of the riots, Streamline will waive our usual termination charges**

As one of the UK’s leading payment providers, Streamline processes thousands of payments for customers on a daily basis.  We are keen to do all that we can to assist those businesses impacted by the riots.  Customers that have been affected and would like further information on the assistance available from Streamline can call 08457 616263.
