topp (total payment protection policy) is a per passenger insurance policy enabling travel organisers to meet their regulatory requirements on a pay-as-you-go basis - so it is a convenient, cost effective alternative to bonding.
The policy covers licensable and non-licensable turnover and is approved by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) for small business ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence) holders.
Streamline has agreed with tgic, who issue the topp policy, to be the preferred provider of card processing services to the topp Scheme and to offer beneficial rates for accepting cards to topp Scheme members.
